Zinc based conversion coatings for cold forming of metal like deep drawing, wire drawing, tube drawing, cold heading or cold extrusion. These specially designed phosphate coatngs improve tool life, productivity, drawing speed and surface finish.

For tube, wire, deep drawing and general-purpose cold forming processes. Separate initial makeup and replenishment chemicals. Coating weight in the range of 5 – 10 g/m².

For heavy extrusion, cold heading and cold forging operations. Separate initial makeup and replenishment chemicals. Ideal to be used with reactive lubricants. Separate addition of accelerator not required. Coating weight in the range of 7 – 15 g/m².
