  Crystalline Phosphatizing for Paint Bonding
Zinc and tricationic based phosphatizing processes in theweight range of 1.5 to 10 g/m2. These satate of the art conversion coatings give excellent corrosion resistance and paint bonding in conjuction with enamel, powder or electropaints.
 
FEROBOND 202N
Modified to give very fine coatings on iron, steel and galvanized surfaces even after harsh cleaning operations. Refining pre-rinse not required. Coating weight in the range of 2.5-7.0 g/m2. Ideal for Powder coating or one-coat paint finishes.
 
FEROBOND 202H
Gives very fine coatings on iron, steel and galvanized surfaces irrespective of cleaning operation. Refining pre-rinse not required. Coating weight in the range of 4.0 -10.0 g/m2. Ideal for multi coat painting systems.
 
FEROBOND 204
Gives wide range of operating conditions and coating weights. Treats iron, steel and galvanized surfaces. Coating weight in the range of 2.5-10 g/m2. Good for multi-coat painting systems.
 
GALVOBOND 222
Exclusively designed to phosphate zinc and galvanized surfaces. Suitable for both enamel and powder coatings and for storage in unpainted condition. Coating weigt in the range of 2–4 g/m2.
 
FEROBOND 210
Low temperature, polycrystalline, tricationic phosphating process for iron, steel and galvanized surfaces. Ideal for both enamel and powder coatings. High-energy savings process. Coating weight in the range of 1.5-3.5 g/m2.
